Living here wasn't ideal, it was terrifying on a good day, he supposed he was lucky that the chief had taken a...Well...He was fairly sure she didn't like him personally, no one seemed to, but she liked his work and the things that he could do, it was enough to save his life, so even if people tended yo pick on him and push him around, it was better than being food.
He usually tried to leave his workshop as little as possible, leaving meant being around people, which would have been bad enough anywhere else, but here that could quickly end up a death sentance, especially for someone like him, someone that a lot of people would deem useless dead weight. They weren't wrong, because he wasn't a warrior like a majority of the rest of the Outcasts, he didn't fight, he kept to himself as much as he could, but sometimes thing happened and curiosity got the better of him.
He didn't see visitors come and go from here very often, outsiders tended to avoid this place like the plague when they could help it, so when he spotted the unfamiliar woman coming in through the main gates, his curiosity piqued enough that he felt the pull to go and greet her before any of the less polite people came to do so. She was pretty, and utterly dressed to kill, which meant that maybe she'd be someone he could get along with...Maybe...Most people tended to find him annoying...
He was curious as he approached her, sharing a glance with the small dragon slung over his shoulders, people didn't tend to keep dragons here either...Another advantage to having Noxaura's favor, he supposed.
"G-g-g-greetings...We don't really g-get many vi-isitors to Outc-c-cast Island!" He gave her a crooked grin as he held out a hand, seemingly unable to get his eyes to focus on just her, they seemed to want to dart around wildly, "w-w-what's your n-na-ame..." He swallowed, acutely aware of every little thing his body was doing that it shouldn't be doing, it was harder to ignore it when he was around other people, which tended to make the little twitches and jerks worse.

| SERANA B FLETCHER "There's art in this world. You just have to look for it." Serana had landed on the island closest to her home early that morning and met up with the members of her family that she still considered to even be family, mainly her younger cousins and their children if they had any. She had heard from them when she asked about news that someone form outside of the family had made a new tailoring store on the far side of their boarder with the next family. Considering this was not only a new store not bearing the family's name on the territory, but a clothes store, she was more than interested in visiting. So she did so, her stormcutter following behind her rather being ridden since her dragon wasn't bonded with her all that well.
She was impressed with the shop just by the exterior, surprised to find it standing one piece considering it was on Bloodlust's land. She stepped inside and smiled at the man who greeted her. She had seen all manner of people, a little motor problems didn't bother her in the slightest. "Serana Bloodlust," She introduced herself and took his hand, giving it a firm shake as her eyes glanced around the room, "Bloodlust family head. I heard you started a store on our part of the district and came too see what you had in store for my family and I." She looked to the dragon on the man's shoulder and tilted her head, motioning to the dragon in the doorway.
"That's Amber, don't let her threaten you. Her bite is far worse than her bark but she hardly does either." She joked lightly, causing the black stormcutter to huff and roll her eyes, while she started to examine the clothes he had on display, blue eyes beaming as she looked an elegant black outfit over with golden like trim, the sleeves feeling like silk. Of course the one on display was much too small around the bust, but since this man was a tailor she assumed he could complete a request, a simple one at that. "I adore the work here. All these pieces are lovely but this one speaks out to me."
"How much would having something like this made cost?" She asked with a growing smile, wondering how much she'd have to pull from her pockets to pay on the spot. |

His eyes widened the moment she gave her name, and he let out an alarmed sound, the dragon on his shoulder seemed to curl just a little tighter around him in a reassuring gesture, and he couldn't help his head jerking a little, "Ah! G-g-g-g-dammit...Gods! I'm s-s-so sorr-ry! I should...Should have t-t-told you! Or...Or or asked...S-s-someth-thing..." He glanced to the side when the Terrible terror crooned softly, reaching a hand to run twitchy fingers over his head, smiling crookedly.
"B-b-big drag-g-gon...Sh-she's really p-prett-ty..." He tried not to look utterly nervous when she started looking over his work, she was the head of the family, she could easily decide that she hated him and didn't want him here, which could end with him being kicked out, or killed, and neither of those options were especially nice. He didn't realize he was holding his breath until she spoke, and his face lit up considerably at her praise, "y-y-yeah? I j-j-j-ngh-just finished putting that t-t-together...Uhm...Yesterd-d-day...S-sorry..." He felt the almost constant need to apologize for...Well...Himself he supposed, his existence.
When she asked about the price, he gave a nervous giggle and shrugged, shaking his head, "I-I-I'm n-not sure...I d-d-d-do most of my w-w-work for the ch-ch-chief...In exch-change f-f-for not..Not b-b-b-being killed...B-becaus-sse of..." He trailed off, gesturing to himself, he didn't like fighting, but he also couldn't, he was a slight young man, and it was hard to hold any sort of weapon reliably when your body seemed to have a mind of its own 99% of the time, "I'm-m-m-ngh...I'm sorry..."

| SERANA B FLETCHER "There's art in this world. You just have to look for it." Serana hummed and continued to look the same dress over, speaking her mind as she admired the detail still. "How about... three times material cost?" She offered off the top of her head, glancing to the man with a growing smile still. She knew very well that everyone in her family had more gold than she knew what to do with, and rich people liked to spend... perhaps she could get word around to her family about accepting the man's work rather than everyone having a private tailor? ... if you could call woman working from home tailors. "Our queen won't attack a buisness under our name. I'll be sure to add you to that list today. It doesn't mean she isn't a threat, she just won't be a very big threat anymore." She explained and grabbed another dress that more matched the way her makeup was hinting she wanted to look like, similar to the other but with feathers on the cuffs, she held it over her and put her arm out where the arm was, "How does this one look?" |

He was sure he'd misheard her when she threw a price out at him, but the way she was smiling confirmed otherwise, and the laughed nervously, fidgeting nervously and darting his eyes around, "w-w-what?! R-r-r-re-eally? Y-y-y-you really th-think-k-k it's wo-o-orth that?!" He looked genuinely surprised, he liked his work, and he knew it was fairly competent, but what she was offering went far over anything he'd of expected, and he was more than a little hesitant to accept, half worried maybe this was some kind of...Something...Something...He realized pretty quick that he was being silly, her smile didn't look malicious, "th-th-that-t...Would-would be v-v-v-v-ngh...Very gen-n-nerous of you, m-m-a'am..."
He was still half reeling from her first kind gesture when she threw another one at him, and his face brightened considerably, "w-w-w-why are y-you being so n-n-nice? N-n-not that I m-mind...J-j-j-jus-st...Th-th-this is s-s-s-so much...Y-y-you're very k-k-k-kind!" He was a nobody, even when his family was alive they were nobodies, there hadn't been a single bat of an eye when they were all wiped out...He was distracted a moment, until he heard her speak and looked up, a twitchy grin coming to his face as he nodded, "I-it r-r-really su-uits you! Es-s-special-ly your m-m-m-mmm-make up!" He smiled, coming closer, "if an-ny of them n-n-need modif-f-f-fications...I'll d-d-do them f-f-for no ext-tra! S-s-since y-y-you're b-b-b...Being so g-g-g-generous...." He glanced over at the dragon on his shoulder with an excited grin, then looked back at her, "o-o-oh! His-s name is P-p-p-pipkin, I r-r-realized I n-n-never gave y-you his n-n-name..."

| SERANA B FLETCHER "There's art in this world. You just have to look for it." Serana nodded in answer to his surprise of her price, and hummed as he said it suited her. She thought it did, but she wasn't sure the... bust would fit once again. She didn't much like that fact but oh well. "Not all of the Outcasts are evil hooligans. I spend most my time in a much nicer villiage." She walked closer and gently let the terrible terror's head, "And I'll let you in on a special secret. Any friend of a dragon is a friend of mine." She winked and guesture to the chest of the dress, "And yes I think you'll want to take my measurements. This dress would fit fine if not for ... well anyway I'll be happy to allow you to measure me?"
