[attr="class","typebox"] [attr="class","typelyrics"]Be calm. Be calm. I know you feel like you are breaking down. I know that it gets so hard sometimes, be calm. Take it from me, I've been there a thousand times. You hate your pulse because it thinks you're still alive. And everything's wrong. [attr="class","typetextbox"] [attr="class","typetext"] Gustav Larson, you either loved him or hated him, most people tended to lean towards hate more than love. He was probably the smallest kid in the school, shorter even than students younger than him, a small, stringy boy with a hacked together sense of style, never quite matching, never quite cohesive, and never quite caring how ridiculous other people thought he looked. The only thing consistent about the way the boy tended to dress was the earflap beanie that was a constant in his wardrobe, hot or cold, he was the reason the school considered a dress code, which had thankfully NOT been instated, as if he needed anymore reasons for the entire student body to hate his guts. He had a lot of nicknames, Jinx, Star-Crossed, Black Cat...He'd gotten a cruel reputation for being a bad omen, a dark cloud of bad luck, especially when it came to sports, he'd stopped going to games not too long ago, when he was cornered behind the bleachers and knocked out for showing up, it wasn't exactly his fault the teams consistently either got hurt or sucked, but he stood out, so it was easier to pick out someone to blame than to put that on the teams poor performances. Of course, the fact that he was the most accident prone kid in the school didn't help, he was on a first name basis with the nurse by now for the sheer amount of times he'd been in there, both from his own accidents, and the ones that everyone else had caused for him. He sighed as he saw the school coming into view, he walked most of the time, riding the bus meant being subjected to the tortures of bullies making an example out of him, and his mother couldn't even be bothered to tell him goodbye or get up for breakfast, most mornings he just grabbed a granola bar to eat on the way, it wasn't a long walk after all. When he got close enough to the school to make out the people dotted around the outside, waiting for the doors to be unlocked, he ducked behind a tree, squinting to look for any of the usual bullies that liked to wait for him out there. If he could sneak in without being seen, then maybe he could make it to his first class without being grabbed and shoved in a locker, or pushed down... He took a deep breath before subtly as possible heading for the side of the school, hoping he could slip into those doors unnoticed. He cringed when he heard a snickering behind him. He didn't really get a chance to fight back or object, and they didn't seem interested in talking when they grabbed him, though he heard something about a cage, which was a terrifying word to hear. He struggled in their grip as they carried him to what looked like a storm drain, a rectangular opening that fell into an 8 maybe 9 foot drop to the concrete below. He let out an alarmed sound when he was tossed down into the hole, gasping sharply when he hit the ground, luckily unbroken. He glanced up at the opening, which was quickly covered with the grating again as the group stood over him, "Very funny guys! Now let me out of here!" He huffed, rubbing at his rear as he got back to his feet, the group assembled above only cackled more at the small teen's misfortune. Henry wasn't used to the idea of school yet, and had moved again to another Foster family after having been expelled. First time was for bringing a wolf to school, and the second time for biting … off a students finger. Henry didn't take well to people being mean to her, to say the least. The move hadn't bothered her though, she was used to it, and it wasn't like she had any friends in any of those places, and her wolves came with her to every new home. This home was permanent though, as had stated her papers.
She had taken the bus to school, no people had bothered her yet except some kid who apperantly wanted to sit where she was already sitting, she would have been fine with sharing the seat had she not been rude about it, so instead she growled at the woman, who quickly found herself a new spot.
Her bus pulled to a stop and everyone pilled out the front door, meanwhile Henry opened one of the emergency exit windows and jumping out, dusting herself off after she stood upright and put her hands on her hips as she looked around curiously. The woman's keen eyes quickly caught sight of the two beta looking males picking on a more Omega looking male. A big no no to an Alpha like herself. She followed them and once the smaller boy was down the storm drain she jumped into action, quite literally, dropping her back pack and sprinting towards the largest of the three, figuring he was their leader, and while he was too busy laughing to register what was happening she tackled him to the ground and bit his shoulder, tearing the sleeve completely off his arm before whipping around and pantsing the second boy before pushing him over, the third one already running away towards the school before she could do anything. The other two cralwed away, cursing at her as they picked himselves up and hobbled off quickly. She growled almost inhumanly, sleeve still in her mouth as she peeked her head into view of the boys in the storm drain, slowly lifting the goggles up on her head and taking the sleeve out of her mouth, smiling down at the boy enthusiastically. “Need help?” she asked optemistically, blue and green eyes beaming with excitement. She didn't seem to care that she had just assaulted three men.

[attr="class","typetextbox"] [attr="class","typetext"] This little situation wouldn't have been so bad if he wasn't stuck down here with literally nothing to get himself out of here, "Christ on a cracker...This is a problem..." He mumbled to himself as he pulled the beanie from his head to run his fingers through his hair, glancing back up at the pair that had thrown him down here just in time to be pinged in the head by a small rock, huffing as he rubbed at his forehead, "Oh ya'll think you're really funny huh?!" He threw it back up at them, the bigger of the pair moving just in time, hissing out a threat to him for daring to retaliate, Gustav was about to retort before he heard a commotion and saw one of them suddenly knocked down by...Something... "Uh..." He began, craning his neck like he thought that would do any good, he could hear the group's fearful curses and exclamations, and a deep animalistic growling, and then the sound of footsteps running off. He sussed that he was either about to be rescued by a friendly Lassie wolf or some shit, or horribly mauled by a werewolf...He really hoped it was the first one as he continued to try and get a good look. When his rescuer poked their head over to look at him, he chuckled and put his hands on his hips, nodding before lifting them for her to take hold of, "yes please! Assholes threw me down here!" He huffed softly, then studied her for a bit, "hey you don't look familiar! New?" He grinned, "well, this is an interesting first impression, but given my usual lucky streak, it's fitting, I'm Gustav, Gustav Larson!"When he was out of the drain, he brushed off his patchy clothes and smiled, "you really saved my skin...Uh...Did you bite one of them?" He rose a brow, looking utterly amused(and fairly pleased) at the thought. Henretta grabbed both his hands and lifted him up with relative ease, dusting him off and smiling at his unusual attire. "Yeah I'm playing new kid. I'm Henry." She beamed and put her goggles back over her eyes, bowing dramatically, still holding the sleeve she had ripped off the boy's arm. She perked up when he mentioned biting and smirked, "When you're fighting you tend to do what needs to be done. I needed my hands free to take the other one's pants down." She explained and put the sleeve around her like a scarf, looking down at the much smaller boy without much thought, "I'll have to get the last one later. ... they don't do this to you often do they?" She asked worriedly, brows furrowing. WORDS ● TAGGED ● NOTES

He was a little perplexed, not enough to really bother asking, because it didn't matter either way to him, but he could not seem to place a gender on this new kid. He chuckled and put up his fists, "yeah sometimes you just gotta give 'em what you got! Pow!" He grinned, looking thoroughly pleased when she explained what she'd done, "they're all cowards. Total fuckin' betas, right?" He snorted, "I mean because I pose a super threat right?" He scoffed, as if, he was probably the least intimidating guy in the whole school. When she asked if they did that often, he nodded, "Yeah, I mean this is the first time they've thrown Timmy down a well but y'know..." He waved a hand, "they shove me in lockers and lock me in there, corner me behind the bleachers and beat my face in..." He gave her a weary smirk, "I'm a popular guy, he lied." He snickered, holding out a hand to her, "well, thanks for saving my ass, you oughta come find me at lunch! I'll be the guy sitting at the table that everyone avoids like the black death!" He grinned. Henretta nodded in agreeance, "More like Betas trying to act like an Alpha. That would totally throw a pack out of order." She said with a sigh, shaking her head and smiling again, and upon hearing about the daily abuses she corrected herself, assuming perhaps all humans used wolf terms like alpha and omega since this one was. "Then they're acting more like rogues trying to establish territory to a lone omega... well guess what, you're not lone any more buddy!" She winked at the suggestion of lunch together, "I'll see you then pack-mate, we can talk about you being my newest Beta~"

[attr="class","typetextbox"] [attr="class","typetext"] He chuckled and rolled his eyes, "right? It isn't like I pose much threat, they just hate me because everyone else hates me." It was the convenient and easy thing to do, a sure fire way to make themselves look cool to those they wanted to look cool for, and in the end Gustav tended to suffer for it more than they did, because he got that social isolation from them, from everyone, "Yeah? This omega bites back...Not literally but...Y'know..." He laughed, then his face brightened when she said she'd come and hang out with him at lunch, it was a first, even more of a first when she called him her beta, her pack mate, and he nodded, "Yeah! Y-yeah? Like forreal? No fake outs?" He'd been faked out too many times to count, she didn't seem the type, but there was always a wariness to him, when it came to interacting with others. Henretta punched his shoulder playfully, "A real alpha don't fake out." She made a guesture almost like a salute, hand on her forehead, except she dipped her head and tilted it to the side slightly, winking again before running off to get to her class on the other side of campus, grabbing her backpack from the ground and still holding the sleeve like a scarf as she sped around the building.
She made her way to lunch, unable to learn anything since her home tutor couldn't even teach her how to read yet, not like she needed it. She wasn't human enough to do anything. ... maybe she could work at a zoo? School food was another thing she was steadily having to get used to, it tasted absolutely horrible, she could catch and cook her own damn food... though last time pulling a cooked rabbit out of her lunchbox hadn't gone so well. So she put up with it, not interested in the fruits or vegetables of her school meal.
She had her lunch from the line and glanced around for the lone boy, surprised to spot him with three familiar people. Worriedly the woman went over, brows furrowing as a low growl rumbled in her chest, making the boy's look up from whatever they had been saying. "Get lost before I make you regret it." Was her warning as she put her tray down. They glanced to one another and then to Gustav with smug smirks before they all decided to leave, and Henry took her spot across from the boy.
"Omegas better learn their place quick." WORDS ● TAGGED ● NOTES

'Where's your dog, Jinx? Not here to protect poor little Gustav?' He snorted, trying pointedly to ignore them which only seemed to egg them on as they cackled and nudged each other, 'I guess he drove the dog off too, man, must suck to be so weird that even a rabid dog wont be your friend!' Gustav stood and glared at them, "she's not a rabid dog! She's a whole hell of a lot cooler than you! Piss off!" He glared daggers at them, not looking the least bit afraid when their own expressions became more intimidating and dangerous, they were about to retort, and to come around after him, when they heard a growl and turned to see the girl from this morning. When the three cleared off, Gustav sat down and sighed, resting his cheek in his hands and shrugging, "they're too stupid to learn their places." He smirked at her, "impeccable timing once again, Alpha!" He grinned, poking around at his lunch, which he wasn't entirely excited about either, but food was food, "so! Now we have time! Henry situated herself in the seat and nodded, taking the meat off her burger, if you could even call it that, and eating it with a fork, "I'll see what I can do about them." She said almost to her self, looking up at Gustav with a mouthful of burger meat and smiled as she called him alpha, taking notice that she was at least respected by this boy. He was sure he would make an excellent addition to the pack, even without being a real wolf- hey it hadn't stopped her from doing anything. When asked about the animals she had at home she smirked, leaning in and glancing around as if someone near them were listening in. "I'd like to tell you more about me and the pack, but it's a secret. You can come over for a pack initiation though, depending on how late you mind staying out." She winked and sat back up right, "As for out of school stuff I just hang out with my pack. Being an Alpha is hard work, making sure everyone is where they're supposed to be and arent fighting." Nice to have a friend for a change..." He looked down, his eyes softening a little bit, "most people give me a wide berth, they call me a jinx, because they think I'm unlucky." He shrugged, "I mean it sure seems like it...I've stopped going to sporting events because every time I'm there, we lose miserably or someone gets hurt." He huffed through his nose, but shrugged it off. He perked up when she leaned in and started whispering about some sort of pack initiation, eyes widening as he grinned mischievously, "I can be out as late as you need me to." He shrugged and chuckled, "mom doesn't give a shit how long I'm out, she probably wont even notice I'm missing." He was fairly sure that by 'pack' she meant perhaps a group of close friends, he was eager to meet them either way, they seemed like his kind of people. Henry frowned at that, "I think that them loosing is karma for beating you up. What kind of pack system do they even have running here?" But after so many years of being the school's punching bag, well you just started to get good at growing a thick skin, "I've gotten used to it, it's just normal for me now..." Henry crawled over the table and sat beside Gustav, draping an arm around him. "Well you better get unused to it because there's a new alpha in town pal." She mused and ruffled his beany hat atop his head, when lunch ended she happily stood, seeming to wait on Gustav to throw his tray away before tailing behind him to his next class. BUT NOW I'M INSECURE AND I CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK It had been kind of nice, having someone to walk with him to class, not just because she effectively scared off everyone who tried to mess with him, but...It just made him feel like he mattered to someone, which wasn't something he felt often. He was used to feeling a bit like a burden that people were forced to tolerate if only because murder was illegal, or that's how he felt. He liked Henry anyway, she was weird, but so was he, so they clicked almost instantly, and he couldn't remember the last time he'd talked and laughed with...Well...Anyone like that. It was nice. He'd been watching the clock since school had let out, waiting for the right time to head out to where he was supposed to be meeting Henry for...Well...Whatever this initiation was supposed to be. He hadn't told her that he intended to bring a friend, but he figured if she was anything like how he thought she was, he figured she wouldn't mind the company, "it's...This way I think?" He spoke, glancing to the dog following close to his side, Fang had been incredibly small when he found him, but small turned to huge fairly quickly, and it didn't take being an expert for him to realize just what kind of 'dog' he was raising. But the two were inseparable, and it was easy to tell just looking at the hybrid that he was plenty happy right where he was. He grinned when the huge mansion came into view, and he laughed, "cheese and crackers...Does Henry live here?!" He was half amazed by that fact, but more focused on finding where she wanted to meet him, slipping around to the back of the fancy building and looking out for her, "Helloooo? Henry? I hope it's okay I uh...I brought a friend! Fanghook really wanted to meet you!"word count ✖ @tag ✖ notes if you want
