Tribe name: Prospectors
Location: Itchy Armpit, Scattered.
Customs and Culture: They are actively looking for new ways to study and research monsters as they search new lands for different breeds of monsters. This of course means they are trained in different ways of combat and crafting. This also means they are able to take care of monsters such as different types of Dragons for different types of research for example and keep them well taken care of. Dragons are not the only thing they want to research as their is a vast amount of the world untouched and waiting to be explored.
They unlike most vikings are more into reading and writing as they have pens for the monsters they capture and different research areas like a library and different study labs for different sections of research. They also have a bit of a reputation for their Monster Museum which holds different facts and studies about every type of monster they have ever discovered including bones of ancient monsters and even parts from said monsters they took from captured ones.
The different study labs scatter around the area of Cherrywood and while some are for creature research others are for different forms of research.
What they do: Research different types of monsters and make useful tools out of parts from them. They do not kill monsters unless they are threatened by them as they always use parts of said monsters that can grow back such as scales, claws or even fur for example. If they are forced to kill a monster they use everything they can from the corpse of the monster to make new tools and equipment like usual but do not hunt for monsters unless they decide to capture them for research.
The Prospectors also have different divisions for different subjects of research such as culinary, equipment, weapons, and tools for example.
What their hiearchy is like: They have no leader as they are an independent tribe focused on research so they are often found in various parts of the world. They do however gather their findings to their main village in Itchy Armpit where most of them live.
