Hi. My name is Jack Frost, and we're gonna have a little fun.
Well the last few days had been interesting enough and pretty enjoyable, if you didn't count the fact that he couldn't remember who his family was or where on earth he had come from. The view of the ocean had certainly been spectacular as well as the crazy reptile-dragon thing that had decided to take a liking to him. As far as he knew he had just spawned on this dude...Johann? Yeah, Johann's ship without a memory to his name.
The trader guy didn't even know where he had come from which was surprising since he had been right on deck. Now he was a place called Berk, having slipped off the boat before anybody spotted him for some sweet solid ground. He had named the little creature Anauel and so far the little thing had started to like being called that. Right now its little talons were clinging to the fabric of his shawl, the creature having settled on his shoulders. He was walking....well, he didn't exactly know where he was going. As far as he knew he was simply walking into the lions den since this place looked like it was an arena. The little overgrown lizard seemed a little unnerved by the place he had ended up in but he couldn't see anything dangerous so far.
He clacked his staff upon the floor, eyes searching the area for another living person. The trader guy wasn't exactly helpful and right now he needed somebody who generally knew the area.

@tagged "Dialogue" Thoughts Chief of Berk I am not throwing away my shot He let out a loud whoop of joy as the Night Fury pinwheeled through the sky, fast enough to leave a screaming trail behind them, pulling up short just in time to catch sigh of Johann's ship at the port, "Hey, looks like we've got company!" He was on his way down to greet the trader when he spotted another figure making their way towards the Academy, squinting his eyes curiously. The figure was cloaked, and from his vantage point he could see that they seemed to have a dragon, a Terrible Terror? Clinging to their back, "never seen them before...Lets go get a closer look!" He patted the dragon's head as the pair angled down to skirt the ground, coming in for a landing just outside the structure.
He held out a hand for the Night Fury to hang back a little as he slipped inside behind the stranger, clearing his throat, "welcome to Berk!" He chuckled, "did you come this way on Johann's ship?" He looked back as the Night Fury followed close behind, patting the dragon's head, "he usually doesn't bring travelers along, but hey, always nice to see a new face!" He tilted his head to the side, "my name's Hiccup, this is Toothless...What should I call you two?" There was always a little nervousness in him when he had to greet new arrivals, sussing out their personalities as he tried to figure out where they might fit in should they stay. MADE BY SUNBUNS

Hi. My name is Jack Frost, and we're gonna have a little fun.
The little overgrown lizard knew something was up before he did and the wingbeats only solidified the fact that something was about to land right where they were. He whipped around, brown eyes flickering from side to side before looking upwards to see a huge black overgrown salamander with a dude on its back come in for a landing. He simply stared, not quite realizing what had just been asked of him. His eyes widened in shock and the little one on his back let out some kind of crooning croak at the other lizard. He blinked, noticing the other dude was missing a leg and the dragon was missing a tail. He smirked before looking at the guy with a bit of playfulness glinting within his eyes.
"So do you guys come as a discounted set or...?"
He chuckled before putting his hands up in an 'I kid' gesture. His little over grown lizard squawked right in his ear causing for a low hiss to escape his lips in irritation. He gave the thing a little boop on the head with his finger as reprimand and it simply jumped down from his back. He gave a small roll of his shoulder before speaking once more, humor decorating his tone.
"Granted I'm in the 'will pay you to take it' bin, the names Jack Overland Frost and I am the king of lame jokes and entertainment."
He gave a little bow, as if his title were something of honor rather than a self made proclamation. He did a little spin around, looking for the snow colored lizard. He blinked, unable to find it for a moment before it crash landed right on his head. He stumbled forward a bit just as it moved back to sit on his shoulders, a small glare being sent to the little creature. It seemed like it simply wanted to accentuate his inability to hold himself upright half the time.
"Got a bit of a strange question for ya', uhm....what exactly are these things?"
He'd point to both dragons with a confused look, his appearance much like that of a lost puppy.

@tagged "Dialogue" Thoughts Chief of Berk I am not throwing away my shot There was an immediate relaxing when the other spoke and he couldn't help but raise a brow at the joke he'd cracked, giving him credit for coming up with something creative for a change, "well congratulations. I actually have not heard that one before." He smirked, then laughed it off with a wave, glancing at the dragon at his side as he returned to sound the smaller one had made, an amused little warbling purr of greeting, "which is a feat, given how frequently my leg...Or lack of it...Gets poked at. Color me impressed." He said this with a smirk that showed that he took it in good humor, he always did.
He squinted an eye at the impressively mock bow before returning it with a chuckle, "well, a title most deserved." He smirked, "you can tell the lame jokes, I'll occasional cause minor disasters. What a team." He smiled more genuinely at this, "it's good to meet you though, Jack, and welcome to Berk, most miserable place in the world." He said this with affection for his home. He spotted the little dragon getting ready to spring behind him, choosing to stay decidedly quiet, payback for the discount comment a moment ago.
The question made him chuckle, "you really are from a ways off." He patted Toothless' head, "dragons, the one attached to you is a Terrible Terror." He smirked and quirked a brow, "fitting name right?" He gestured to his own, "Toothless here is a Night Fury," He eyed the black dragon playfully, "but he's more like an oversized cat." This comment earned a complaining growl as he nudged him hard with his nose, "this is the Academy, where we train riders and their dragons, I can show you around the rest of the village..." He tilted his head, "there's plenty of huts set aside for visitors, so I can show you to those too, it'll be better than sleeping on Johann's ship, that's for sure." He waved a hand for him to follow, "most of Berk's in the dining hall getting lunch, we can make our way there after a bit, it'll clear out." He figured that would be better than subjecting this poor guy to his village being excited over a new face. MADE BY SUNBUNS

Hi. My name is Jack Frost, and we're gonna have a little fun. He did a little dip of a bow when congratulated on coming up with something original, a smile decorating his face with soft chuckles threatening to slip past his lips. At least the other guy had a sense of humor like himself. He leaned on his staff and watched as his little terror clambered around the stick as if it were a tree branch. He listened at the others words, a soft snort escaping in a puff of breath. This place sure was cold, but he guessed that wasn't very miserable. What was miserable was the fact that he couldn't remember anything. He simply smiled, hiding the small bubbling brew of fear and concern that was souring in his stomach.
"Sounds lovely, minor disasters and terrible jokes mixing together, what could possibly go wrong? Seems like a pretty good thing to me."
Sarcasm dripped from his lips, a smile stretched across his face as soft chuckles escaped his mouth. He swung his staff around him, giving the small terror a little ride that it squealed joyfully at. Laughter escaped his lips, attention still trained on the other man and his overgrown salamander. Apparently they were dragons, right, and he was the embodiment of winter. It made perfect sense to someone who had lost their minds, dragons were fake, myths, something people used in stories to make it seem cooler. There was no way that they actually-
The little overgrown lizard shot out a stream of fire at a second one that decided to join, wings stretching out with a hiss of territorial display.
Okay....so maybe dragons could be real. There really wasn't another reptile he knew of that was able to shoot fire out of its mouth. Okay, so there were dragons, he somehow made friends with one, and now he was talking to a guy who said that they trained people to ride these things. Totally normal. He simply smiled and nodded, pretending to know what on earth he was actually doing here. He then registered that the other had called...Toothless? Yeah, Toothless an overgrown cat, a grin stretched across his face.
"I was gonna say more like an overgrown salamander but I guess I don't have room to talk, Anauel is more like an overgrown gecko."
He smiled and let loose a laugh as his dragon apparently took offense to that statement and tried to spit some fire at him. He bopped it playfully with his staff before dragging it across the ground to catch his dragons attention. It started chasing after the staff like a dog would its tail, giggles escaping the others mouth before he was able to scoop up the little lizard.
"So then my causer of minor disasters, where should we be off to next. I have a funny feeling I'll be staying here for a while."
He grinned, humor and sarcasm dripping from every droll syllable that left his peach tinted lips.

@tagged "Hiccup" Thoughts "Toothless" I am not throwing away my shot He already found himself relaxing, at least a little, around this new character, he seemed to be at about the same speed as far as biting comments went, which was refreshing, that his sarcasm didn't go over his head the same way it did others. There had been too many times where his mouth had gotten him into a ridiculous amount of trouble, biting back at the wrong people, he was glad it hadn't gone right over Jack's head, "about a million things, Jack." He shrugged and leaned against Toothless' head, "but what fun would things be if there wasn't a little disaster and chaos once in a while?" He chuckled, waving a hand for Jack to follow him, "you got here at the best time of year, although...Winter might as well be all year." There was a small gap in the middle of the year where it sometimes became green and almost pleasant, but that was sheer dumb luck.
He could tell by his face that he didn't put stock into a word he was saying about dragons, and he couldn't really blame him, they were scarcer in further parts of the world as far as he could tell, and he had no idea how far away this guy had sailed from, Johann tended to get around after all. He rose a brow and smirked when the Terror at his side spouted flame at the other, the look on his face a bit of a 'you were saying?' sort of expression, "you'll see a lot of dragons here on Berk, a lot of different kinds, there's hundreds as far as any of us can tell." And they still frequently found new species and sub-species, "salamander?" He studies Toothless and rose a brow, "yeah, I could see a salamander." He smirked, earning a smack on the back of his head by the dragon's heavy fanned tail, "okay okay! Mister grumpy pants!" He looked back at Jack with a grin.
"we can show you around the village?" He smirked, getting that somewhat fired up look in his eyes, "from up there, if you'd like." He pointed skyward, "no better view, right?" MADE BY SUNBUNS
