Rose let out a loud roar as her and her rider soared across the sky above raven point, practicing maneuvers to pass time, sure there weren't any missions aside from patrols yet, but it was more than the defenders had been doing. He could ride his dragon out in the open and train without being ridiculed. It was all open air!

Eren let out a loud Howl against the wind rushing past him, arms in the air before he grabbed her horns gently, pointing down, "Now Dive!" Rose wasn't too sure about diving... her kind usually couldn't pull off that kind of stunt, but she dove anyway, speeding towards from the ground. Eren gripped the saddle tight with one hand, and went to grab his scarf with the other... and a sudden updraft ripped him off his dragon, tumbling towards the trees below. Rose let out a sound of horror as she caught herself and went after her rider. Eren motioned her away, she wouldn't be able to pull out of a steep dive like that in time. He'd rather crash than risk her crashing. He could handle a fall like this...

he turned to to face the ground while Rose watched, calling out scared sounds as she circled the scene. Eren took in a deep breath as a branch neared him, and he grabbed on, using the momentum to swing him to another branch, jumping off one and continuing his slow decent of what looked like a monkey trying to flea a crime scene. Finally he rolled as he hit the ground, and shakily stood, cuts and bruises decorating his body, and his arms and legs ached from all the insane jerking maneuvers he had just done.

Raven Point seemed to be the perfect spot to begin searching for some herbs, her collection satchel across her body and held on her shoulder as she carefully picked around the pines and looking near the moss covered boulders. Her eyes continued to scan every inch of where she stopped, trying to recall locations Gothi had taught her or she had discovered on her own. She was just digging out some roots of a specific herb particularly useful for belly ache that she heard the scared roars of a dragon nearby.

For a moment she paused, listening carefully and realizing it was not one of her own dragons. No, this one belonged to someone else's or one of the resident dragons in general. With a loud war like cry as she made her way to the nearest high rise, Adelaide was making sure her own dragons would be near just in case. She knew Seaspray's healing properties in her water sprays may be needed if a dragon was in trouble, or even one of her fellow Berkians or a new face. She got to the rise in time enough to spot a typhoomarang and following its gaze caught sight of their rider heading towards the trees.

Eyes widening, Adelaide didn't waste time charging to where Eren was heading, all sorts of scenarios going through her mind. Would he be seriously injured? Dead? Would he be a lucky one who could slow himself down to only face minor injures? Even if he did die, what exactly would she say to this man's family? She kept the Typhoomarange within her sights, following to where the large dragon was soaring until she finally came upon Eren, stopping in shock when seeing he was for the most part fine. He was alive, scratched and bruised to all hell, but other than that he survived such a fall.

"By the gods, you're alive." A relieved sigh left her, Adelaide feeling her body relax a bit more. "But geez, that was absolutely insane. You're lucky to not have a broken bone or two." She said, voice becoming a bit harsh and stern, crossing her arms in front of chest with a narrowed gaze.

Eren fell to his knees, trembling and running his hands through his hair as he sat back, the typhoomarang finally coming in to land and worriedly running to her rider, who was miraculously alive. Eren hugged her around her neck once she was on top of him, crooning like a worried cat. He turned to look at the girl approaching and let out a pained laugh before he seemed to zone out, cheeks flushing as he quickly stood, stretching as if everything in his body wasn't killing him. "Nah, that fall was nothing. Just trying to help Rose here learn how to pull out of a dive." Rosealine nudged him angrily with her nose for playing it off, earning a laugh from Eren. 

The dragon knew that Eren had his eyes on this human, though he never actually met her till now. "I'm Eren... but you can call me the guy who's great at landing." He teased.

"One whose great at landing? More like the one whose lucky he didn't get his dumb ass killed from that stunt." Adelaide snapped, less than annoyed by Eren's attempts to play this off like it was nothing. She could see of helping his dragon to be able to do something their species normally was not capable of but this was hardly the way to go. The way the Typhoomerang responded, no doubt they agreed this stunt was overboard and could have cost the man his life and his dragon would be without her rider, undoubtedly one of the closest companions one could have.

Sighing and pinching the bridge of her nose, Adelaide tried not to allow her anger get the better of her, "I'm Adelaide Jorgenson, currently the one trying not to scold your idiot self. Lucky you only have bruises and cuts." She introduced herself, letting out a sigh and hearing the flap of two sets of wings, one large and the other small, Seaspray and Cherub coming to land beside their rider, obviously showing concern and the tide glider clicking softly. "It's alright you two, false alarm." Adelaide caressed the tide glider's neck to calm her and stroked her sand wraith's head to do the same.

Eren flushed slightly as he listened to the woman, not really listening... well shit. "Right Right... next time I'll be more careful." He said and cleared his throat, leaning on Rose. "I'm sorry, I'm not the brightest... Nice to meet you, glad you came to the rescue?" he said with a small laugh, rubbing his neck and turning to the two dragons, "Oh cool, a tide glider!"

Sighing softly, Adelaide was wasting her breathe in trying to make this man see reason. If he was anything like other Vikings it no doubt was going over his head anyway. "Whatever." She responded in referring to helping him. It wasn't exactly a rescue so much as making sure someone wasn't dead, but she wasn't going to try and make mention of it. Seaspray on the other hand, approached Eren curiously, sniffing at his form since she didn't recognize his scent, letting out curious clicks and waving her tail fin back and forth as Adelaide allowed Cherub onto her shoulders, his favorite perch since taming him not that long ago.

"Yea, this is Seaspray, she's been my dragon for a little while now. Gentle and a healer, perhaps my saving grace when I get a little hot headed." Adelaide introduced, before gesturing with her head to the sand wraith, "And this little pain in the butt is Cherub. Looks sweet but he makes some terrible terrors look tame." She mused, but still held a hint of pride with her dragons. "But I'm guessing you and your Typhoomerang aren't from around here?"

Eren offered his hand to the tide glider with a smile, eyes going back to Adelaide. "Rose and myself come from the Defenders of the Wing." Eren smile faded and Rosealine snorted at the mention of their previous home, "They never really did anything to defend dragons though. They should have been called lazy assholes. Thry don't harm dragons but don't help them either, so they're still dying thanks to them." He shook out his anger and took a quick breath, looking back to Adelaide apologetically, "We're  here to actually do something about what's happening to dragons."

Adelaide was surprised to hear how angered Eren seemed to be when the Defenders of the Wing were mentioned. She knew they weren't ones to partake in violence against dragons, but at the same time he had a point. "I suppose I can understand your frustrations Eren, but at the same time the Defenders of the Wing aren't like Berk. They have their ways and we have ours, so its hard to compare our two homes I'd say." Adelaide said, only able to give an uncertain shrug since she had only heard about the Defenders of the Wing from her brother and the other Riders who had already met them. She herself could not say for sure, not until she came across them herself.

Shaking her head slightly, she could only give a soft smile. "But, that doesn't mean we're glad to have the numbers." She said. "I'm guessing you are joining the Auxiliary riders then?" She inquired.

EREN JAEGER TEXT - "SPEECH" - "THOUGHTS" Eren scoffed at her point on the difference in their homes. of course he knew the difference. One of them gave a damn  and the other didn’t! He nodded as she spoke of the team he had been placed on, “Yeah, the little guy said he was your leader when I landed. I told him why i was here and he put me on the team.” He put his hands on his hips, puffing his chest out proudly, and Rose rolled her eyes at him, walking him with. Her tail so that he stumbled over, nearly falling, which earned the tulip colored typhoomarang a scowl before Eren’s attention was back on the young woman before him. “Are you part of the Aux team too?” He asked hopefully, eyes lighting up.
